At ICEF Rugby, we go beyond the game to foster leadership and character development. Using rugby as a powerful vehicle, our mission is to equip students with essential life skills. Through our extensive and unique offerings, we have introduced thousands of students to the transformative power of rugby. The impact extends far beyond the playing field, as many of our students continue their rugby journey in college and on teams worldwide. ICEF Rugby is more than a sports program, it' s a dynamic platform for building resilient individuals who carry lessons of leadership and character into every facet of their lives.

ICEF Rugby's mission is to cultivate leadership skills and build character in young individuals by harnessing the transformative power of rugby. We are dedicated to using this dynamic sport as a vehicle for social change, fostering a community where teamwork, resilience, and integrity lay the foundation for a brighter and more inclusive future. Through our program, we aim to inspire and equip the next generation of leaders with the values and skills needed to make a positive impact on society, both on and off the rugby field.

Program Success:

From All-American Excellence to Global Glory: Nia Toliver is a proud product of ICEF Rugby, who represented as a high school All-American, but also made history as the first professional female rugby player overseas. Her remarkable journey reached its pinnacle as she represented Team USA at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Empowering College Experiences: ICEF Rugby offers an impactful UC Santa Barbara six-week college experience, providing students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in higher education. This experience not only expands their academic horizons but also contributes to personal growth, preparing them for future collegiate success.
Innovative High School Coaching Program: ICEF Rugby runs an innovative high school coaching program where high schoolers engage in social and emotional learning through flag rugby. ICEF Rugby goes beyond conventional sports coaching, fostering essential life skills and character development in the next generation of leadership.
Cultural and Educational Enrichment Through International Travel: The transformative travel program provides students with a rich educational and cultural experience, fostering independence and confidence as they navigate life overseas. The unique aspect sets ICEF Rugby apart by creating well-rounded individuals with a global perspective. Documenting Success Stories: ICEF Rugby celebrates its commitment to storytelling through the multiple documentaries made, airing on platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Fox Sports 2. By capturing the success stories of students navigating life overseas and overcoming challenges to secure spots in the nation's top colleges. ICEF Rugby inspires the next generation to dream big and aim high. These documentaries serve as a testament to the profound impact of ICEF Rugby on the lives of its students.
